Full scope lighting architecture – designing and commissioning this beautiful traditional home in Auckland’s prestigious Herne Bay
Concept
Our concept offers concealed, diffused lighting to the external walls, bringing a sense of height and daylight by windows. This helps to protect the nighttime view by reducing reflections on internal walls.
We layered this with narrow beam lighting at night to create drama and shadow to textures and furniture.
Full Scope
Full scope services allowed for Concept to Detailed Design, full 3d lighting model, construction oversight and scene setting.
Pictures by day and night because both artificial and natural light make the difference to any architectural scene.
