Queen Street Lobby
This busy foyer and entrance space leads out onto Auckland’s busy Queen Street. Our lighting design casts patterns of light through perforated ceiling panels.
Concept
We carefully selected the optics of the lighting specification as well as their placement to achieve this shadowing effect – complimenting this with spotlights to the ceiling.
Balance
The trick here was to balance the ambient lighting levels, allowing the design to achieve minimum lighting levels for the building code while retaining a lighting breakout pattern.
