The Residences Luxury Apartments
Our lighting design exudes luxury in these high-end apartment circulation zones. We were tasked with highlighting the various original art pieces and dressing up apartment entrances.
Copper House
This high-end property has a floating copper pavilion over the swimming pool. We're highlighting the folds with some carefully placed exterior lighting and working with shadows to give a leafy accent.

A Frame
The lighting design introduces two layers which define the architecture by creating vertical lines which draw the eye up the ceiling and a horizontal uplight which follows the window frames across the space, providing both upwards ambience and downwards task lighting.
Buchanan Street
This refurbishment of a traditional cottage is anything but regular. We were asked to provide a lighting solution that worked on low voltage solar power with voice activation and complex controls.
Herne Bay Apartment
A high end residential project in central auckland. Moody dark finishes and moments of warm light accentuate different textures and materials creating a dramatic space that is inviting and unique.
Printworks House
This industrial style refurbishment included rough brick finishes and metal surfaces. We detailed lighting between the old and new to separate the two parts of the project and give emphasis and used minimal accent lighting to provide texture and pops of light.
